What do CBS Central mean by a Print Audit?
When we say we will carry out a Print Audit, we mean that we will give you a report showing the following:
- how many prints you create per month
- to which machine these prints are sent
- what volumes of prints are colour and what volume are monochrome

The report willl even give printing information on printers that don't even have an external 'print counter' such as desktop inkjet printers.
How do we do this?
This is the easy bit. We simply visit your site, insert our USB stick into any of your computers that are on your network, then providing the printers are networked, we simply hit the 'scan' button and we get a report back, similar to the screen shot above. We then do this again a few weeks or month later, and then compare the figures.
